Cosmological Nomads / Moving

Finally I've started packing, cleaning the apartment to move out. I will really miss this place, the quiet night hills and memories. I'm moving to somewhere a zillion time busier but who cares since its all relative anyway. Its a new dawn for me, with renewed spirit and I foresee a lot more travels in the future. I love this nomadic nature of life and I really want to travel.

Just like a few months back, I'm on a mission. It looked impossible in the beginning, but when I make it happen the world will seem a lot more easier to live. Making it happen is hard, but its almost done. I am proud with myself for starting it.

In the photo is my model B17F Flying Fortress (build by Bob and myself 3 years ago). It stands testimony of what could have been, what can be achieved. But people change and I have no regrets now. Especially today, I have no regrets at all.

I have accepted the fact that there are some out there who cant see who I really am. I was ready to give everything, because I was already sacrificing alot along the years. The cold long years where I suffered enough to write my pain here. No one knew except the very few. But life is not a thesis, it doest summarize anything. It just shows where you stand. So there are no place for stupid people, there are no place for anyone who still delineates humans according to religion and race. Its just colors and fake magic. For me, what is precious is life, love, family and voices, languages and cultures. Grand cities along majestic rivers. I will find someone who shares my dreams.

It takes a good while to come to accept the fact that we need to drop people off at unscheduled stops along the long road to the end. To salvation, to Elysium even Valhalla. The end must be grand, it must be big and it must mirror your struggles. No one taught me this, I learned it myself, just like I learned life for the past 29 years. People taught me to slow down, to stop and to die. I wont accept that. And I really hope in time they accept that also. Its a big world out there with an equally big, chaotic and uncharted future. I want to live the moments, but I also want to see tomorrow. And right now I have good friends with me who share my dreams and good friends who showed me I can do something without stopping for others who decided to rot. My teachers are my God, their words is my religion and my journey is to fulfill their aspirations as well.

I'll end this with some lines from Bob...

Just like them planes ready to fly,

Just that we don't have them, runways.

To Bob: It was a good journey bro and now I wish you all the best in life. But I'm not recharting the past anymore this time, so it is the end. The rocket ship is ready, we dont need runways bro, we dont even need clearance, we just make it happen. God Speed.

[+] A long while back I wrote a much bleaker future for this cosmological nomad; [Silence is the future for the cosmological nomads]

Hi gp,
so many thoughts in a single go is good to read. It is good to know that you have so many dreams and you really work for making it all come true.. Every dreamer is a creator and she/he creates history..

all the best.. and continue to dream as always and you'll succeed.

Oh man! Your posts are so full of substance that a nitwit like me never understands what to comment!

So what dreams are you chasing now :)?

I understand you were doing some freelancing about ebooks is that right?

Ok! Ok! i get it...the jet is strapped to a gazillion gallons of fuel and all ready to blast off.

...a change is, at times, the best antidote to the stagnancy and morbidity of a unfulfillable life. so go ahead brother, take the first flight out and see the world and all the wonders that it has to offer to the ones who actually seek it. its a shame that we can't be co-passengers in this adventure, but then thank God for technology and internet. now we got a webcam view of what you shall encounter and see.

"TO VALHALLA!!!"

...just don't forget to strap on the seat-belt.

:)

PS: also, love the model B17F!!

...guess now i know what i am going to steal from your home...

[aiz] hey :)
thank you so much. i wish i can see them all during this lifetime, there is so much to do and so much to live for :) hugs.

[ssor] hey bro, come on, ur the smartest dude on the blogworld. chicks dig u :P
i will update the dreams soon... life is cool. :D

not ebooks...im a translator/ freelancer bro. ive left the e-learning company last year (well u can call what we did as e-textbooks :D)). 3 years of experience amounted to nothing actually :P

[nachi] bro, wazzup!

well you are definitely right, its the medicine against laziness, etc.

i so want you and nayan to be my co-passengers bro. it wud be a great adventure. but i guess i have to find buddies as i go. and baroda is definitely in the maps next time buddy.

its a beauty bro, the tail win is broken, i need to fix it back. i love model making, been doing the paper models since so long ago. the B17 is my only surviving plastic model. u can have it if u want, or ill find a new one for ya. dont u worry :)

tc bro.

[broca]a very fine quote bro. in my situation, i had the will, i was ready. but i stopped for people. i tink im being too nice :p

thanks alot buddy.

Nah no chick digs me really.
I just write ridicululous trivialities.

When it comes to great things like life, emotions, ambitions, friendships, love and all such glorious Human stuff in the Universe, I am a zilch.

Don't have anything to say to such posts. Just read them dumbstruck with awe.

Heck I knew you were translator. But I don't know why I got the idea you translated to make ebooks.

So how does it all work. And which language to which language?

[ssor] no worries man, it takes time. i started so long ago, during the times of Diary-X nearly 8 years back. had a blogspot blog in 2001...so u can imagine how much i read and wrote. sad thing ive let them lapse...and came back at the end of 2004 only. and here I am :)

well my opinion is that when u roam a lot, stay long you tend to write more retrospective stuff. and stuff about life and the world, the jumps and roaming. human+universe :)

I translate for the language combination of English, Malay and Tamil (and some French...but I know zlich french...thank god for machine translations). DTP for any language combination. its a cool stint, IF you get big clients, become vendors for big companies. feels amazing working from home, but its not 8-5. at most times ull end up 16 to 20 hours a day.

tasks comes in many forms, but all I can say here is ive played a major part in most popular telco, IT, social networking sites, web applications and clinical tools/ questionnaires, cognitive debriefing and also web portal localizations in the past 2 years. a major player, but ive made myself an underground translator :p not many knows me in the social world of this industry.

to continue this ego trip...i wud say...i had a meteoric rise in this field, much to the envy of alot of old school translators. played it smart, had a great teacher, Fred!!! and also had the will the sacrifice watever social undertakings I had to come to this stage. (at which point in time, i changed from ghost particle to simply ghosty. depressing, but worthwhile.) I still love physics though and I still visit my lab and library and are designing cosmic rays experiments for the current solar cycle :P

work ur ass off, get paid and no time to spend the money. thats the freelancers life. Its supposed to be salvation for people who cant sit still in offices :P i quit office coz of my migraine. and right now I cant c myself sitting in meetings...so im in a line that I wont want to change.

All the best with your move mate... Loved that model plane :)

take care, cheers...

All the best ! Looks like what started some time back continues even today. A restive mind propels furtive thoughts and tired soul.

Just keep on. As much as you drop of unscheduled people at unscheduled stops, you will notice there are people that would want to get on. And what may seem unscheduled to you...was perhaps otherwise. Perhaps planned. Perhaps worked out well.

And remember, the best is yet to come. So strap the belt. Move.

Lift off !!
Ghost Particle said…
[arv] thanks bro, i pray all will go well. hey everyone likes the plane :p maybe i should start a model blog :D

tc.

[kavi] sir, you know my evolution well...been reading me long. im happy with your encouragement, i will strive for the best.

true enough, we should never forget the new hitchhikers in our lives, as much as we are in theirs. and im believe so much in destiny, maybe all this are preplanned indeed.

seatbelts...to save our lives in case of deviations :D

thx sir.

Hi brother,

Nice post! Bit inspiring and bit philosophical... that's how I find it.

Take off bro... I'm sure you'll come out in flying colours!

Best wishes!

Sorry for the delay friend.
Read your reply yesterday but was a bit busy in office.

First what is Diary X? Can we still read it?

And man you sound like a big-shot in your line of work! Keep it up (more and more up I mean ;), what was that olympic spirit?)

//digressing here a bit. nothing to do with you. just analysing language:

meteoric rise: contradictory.
All a meteor does is basically fall under the influence of gravity. Wonder why they created the phrase of 'meteoric rise' :P?

Plus like a meteor, does it mean that it results in a burnout :P?

//back to reality. oh there goes gravity... (Appropriate eminem words to get back to the main topic, when we are discussing meteors ;))

//I still love physics though and I still visit my lab and library and are designing cosmic rays experiments for the current solar cycle :P

Damn! Are you serious! Or kidding? I am going so green here!

I love science in general. But maybe not sufficiently smart or dedicated to it. Now I am your typical boring IT guy :P
Once I downloaded einstein's special theory of relativity paper's english translation.
Its only 20 pages. But my brain got fried at about page 6 or 7.

Even the first 5-6 pages I understood kind of makes me dizzy. One moment you feel you get it. His analogy of two observer on a moving vehicle measuring time as per his definition. And how the time turns out different on two frames (no complex maths till this point in his explanation)

So what experiments are you doing in your lab :)? And again...YOUR OWN LAB AND LIBRARY!!!!!????

I NV you man! Go follow your dreams. Hope I one day get some :P.
These days I just attend those meetings. Thankfully no migraines yet.

Let that stop gives u safe, peace and pleasure with whomever u share. I would tell there is no place for me, because the world is mine. So wherever u goes we will be following you bro. but without internet its impossible. I was just laughing out, the first time I asked u back, this plane will fly? Take care, hugs :)

[milady] thank you for being there on the journey Milady. Hugs :)

[manivannan] hello sir :) thank you so much for the kinds words. when i reach there, i will surely appreciate every thought that made me do it and every heart that supported it :)

[manisha] :D i should, more :)

[jeevan] i still remember brother. u are always there with me, and i will be there for you. this world has no borders for us. we will live it :)

and yes, everytime i c the plane, i remember ur Q bro :p

thanks for the long reply bro...im loving the talk :D

//First what is Diary X? Can we still read it?// its an online diary, an early version of blogs. its gone now, not even a cached version.

//And man you sound like a big-shot...// my work parter says the same sometimes...but i tink im jst a rookie. a good one :D

//digressing here a bit. nothing to do with you. just analysing language: met...//

LOL i agree with you. maybe they refer only to the speed uh? but the burn out part is hilarious. retirement!

//back to reality. oh there goes gravity... (Appropriate eminem words to get back to the main topic, when we are discussing meteors ;)) ---> LOL LOL.

//I still love physics...// ---? yep, dont envy. live it, u can too. jst get popular science magazines, it lets u understand easier.

I love science in general. But maybe not sufficiently smart or dedicated to it. Now I am your typical boring IT guy// ---> i have high respect for IT guys :)

:P

//Once I downloaded einstein's special theory of relativity...//
oh god dont get me started on this. they say only 7 ppl in the world understand relativity. ive tried to imagine and analyze, i cant get the frame interpretation as well. but hey, if we meet, well discuss ok :)

So what experiments are you doing in your lab :)? And again...YOUR OWN LAB AND LIBRARY!!!!!????//

all research students get their own offices, labs and also a resource room bro. library we build our own, bt the main library is like home to me :)

i study cosmic ray science. those are highly energetic particles from space. we had a tiny energy counter experiment on board a micro satellite launched in 2000. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiung_SAT
we took the data and correlated it with solar physics phenomenons such as sun spots, etc to determined patterns and come up with assumptions. i had the best supervisor, so i was doing good. bt things fell apart when i started working and could not concentrate on my research. so all is gone now. and im starting back myself. all by myself. :) its solar cycle 24 now. am gonna track it and design counters based on earth and do some analysis. it should be fun. i am also contemplating on a phd...lets c.

//I NV you man! Go follow your dreams. Hope I one day get some :P.
These days I just attend those meetings. Thankfully no migraines yet.//

you will get everything when ur perspectives of life is urs alone. when u live ur footsteps, ur flow, ur path and ur dreams. so do it, enjoy it and u will have it ur way. :)

dont worry...u wont get migraines..hope not. and even if u get, pray its not the episodic seasonal cluster mind fcking ones :p

First Contact, Remixed

On the last Thursday of the year, about half past 10 local time, they landed in the garden of the White House. The security never knew what hit them, in no time all the men in blue and black and whatever colour they’re in were rolling on the ground laughing. Apparently the aliens hit them with laughing gas. Good, now we know they have some sense of humour and wont bomb us…hemmm…senseless. Another half an hour went past, the president was hiding under his table, the secret service nowhere in sight. Thinking of the worst, he reached for his cell phone and dialled 911 with his trembling fingers. So much for him, the aliens UFO, which funnily enough is shaped like a saucer, lighted up like a Las Vegas casino, sans neon signboard. A door opened up and from it rolled down a weird looking robot with a huge plasma screen TV for its head. Words fail to describe alien technology, literally, so I’m using earth analogy. Oh, and by the way, I am the dude, who saw it all.

The president peering from …

Review Rooms

Being awake in a dream. As this cycle continue, day after day of the same hue of time. I did not realize for the first few chapters, that I was stuck in lucid worlds. It was always the review of days. As I sat on the couch, or lie on the bed watching the clock ticking on the wall and the review light getting dimmer. It was an experience to die for. It was new, as the edges of that review light always gives out sparkles, then tiny cyclotron lines, and I realize it was time itself magnified, visible to my eyes. And in those lines are electrons tracing back the cracks and permeating whole worlds. And then I'm awake again. This time outside a big building, and I see the floors disappear one by one. Occasionally on summer evenings, when the weather is too dry, my sleeps take me to new experiences. During those lucid's I find others in the review room. And I am sucked into chapters of other lives. I wake up from different moments in time and walk out of the house, or the…
