Merdeka / Blog Day 2006 / KOP 100

Selamat Hari Merdeka! Kembalikan Tanah Air Ku!
Happy Malaysian Independence Day! Give Back My Country!

Malaysia celebrates it's 49th independence day tomorrow. So here's my bit to my beloved one and only country. I want to celebrate this 49th independence day with the message " Give Back My Country'. This message is specially dedicated to all the 'bangsat' or 'bastards' in this country who consistently steal the pride of our existence, the dream and love for this country using the dreadful weapons of race politics, religious extremism and fear. These bastards or new age nazi's are politicians, ultra-facists religious dogs, criminals, rapists, drug cartel leaders, greedy local councilors, etc.

Next year, the country will celebrate 50 years of independence. That is a very big number by any standards, even India celebrating its 60th independence next year would serve as benchmarks for developing countries. Malaysia has a very strong presence in the world economy, are an emerging country if not equal with China and India in providing a strong base for investment in Asia. But every year we see a degrading trend set by politicians who rather amass personal wealth and power by playing the racial poker. For politicians and politics, fear is the no-1 vote, fear is the highest power that they can wield on people to obey them. We must wake up and show them we are not slaves of money and power. Human rights and liberty are higher than anything else and is more valuable for the people today.

For generations our parents, grandparents and ancestors who came from all corners of the world has worked hard to build this country. They tapped rubber, worked the paddy fields and tin mines to build a nation admired the world over. They fought and sacrificed their lives for this nations and their legacies remain with the youths of Malaysia today. We are now responsible to safeguard the trust and base that they left us. We are here to defend Malaysia against the bastards who thrust what ever evil sword they have everytime they go on political rallies to invade the minds of the younger generation and poisoning their perceptions against the various races in this country. Please remember, this country belongs to everyone. There is no single powerful race, all the race and religion in the world wont build humanity, only human compassion and love for each other will ensure our survival. The real enemy today is race politics and religious extremism. Lets stand together and fight these people. Don't let our country go to rubles because of politics.

[ The Image of Tunku Abdul Rahman, The Father of Malaysian Independence, Proclaiming Independence from England on 31st August, 1957 ]

Remember the legacy of Tunku Abdul Rahman. He together with all the representatives of the various races in this country gained independence from the British. They worked as brothers and sisters, regardless of creed to win this precious gift of self governance. The idea of a country have flourished into the Malaysia we know and love today. Lets not forget history, lets live for the future.

Romancing Pluto; Part 1

Astronomer: hey dude, Pluto is not a planet anymore...
Me: Pluto the dog was a planet?
Astronomer: Ha Ha, nice joke Gp, Pluto is reclasified into a Dwarf Planet
Me: So whats a Planet now?
Astronomer: Oh the usual suspects, the big guys, mercury, venus...etc
Me: Hemm...does it matter?
Astronomer: Why do you say so?
Me: There are probably a billion more things we dont know about the universe...
Astronomer: But there are a lot that we already know and..
Me: And never do anything about, so you go around messing things up?
Astronomer: We reclasified the rock, not blow it up
Me: Again, does it matter what you do? Its more of a cultural significance, people wont forget and forgive.
Astronomer: ahh...there are billions of more things out there to investigate and know, so does this matter....
Me: WTF!

The Barber Shop Chronicles: The Curse of the Black Hair

Got a hair cut last Saturday. Had to force myself to move my ass to the barbershop. Somehow nowadays I'm getting lazier to get a hair cut, maybe because of my ultimate dream of having a long hair and tie it into a cool pony tail...yeh...okay...now it sounds like a gay dream. So here goes the chronicles of the barber shops.

Barber or barba in Latin means beard. Hence, through some fluke translation like with many other names, the word barber means a person who cuts hair (and beard). Hindus in particular has this grand old tradition of hair 'sacrifice' of new born babies. Its a tribute to the Gods. I cant remember much of my first hair cut, probably happened when I was a few months old during one cold Thaipusam morning 27 years ago that I don't have the faintest recollection, off. (my self conscious self began when I was 3 or 4 years old...).

When I was a kid, and dead scared of sharp painful objects, my grandpa used to get the traveling barber' for hair cut sessions at home. It was equally terrifying and I can imagine them chasing me around the house to get me a haircut. Ofcourse along the years it dawned naturally upon me to 'like' getting my hair cut because I could not master the art of combing hair properly. Yes the short coming in my part still exists till today. Somehow, I could never get it right and the day I think I got it right, there would be the mysterious 'hair sticking out' event. This event will screw much of your appearance for the rest of the day and the strand of hair would never resume its natural position whatever you do. I think it has something to do with the aliens trying to contact us, and our hair becoming the antenna. The traveling barber is also called the village headresser. Maybe I should write a short story on the life of a village headresser...that would be really cool. Imagine all the memories of a traveling barber, through the ages. The last I heard of the traveling barber was when a decade ago that he had passed away. Nowadays I guess the only place to find the traditional traveling barbers are in India.

Have you ever noticed how during the haircut the barber seems to comb your hair in ways you never imagined possible. That first minute of the haircut would be the high of the day for me, because however badly mangled the hair is the barber would masterfully comb it with the 'line' included. I don't know what name they give for the line, the one that comes from the back to the front of head. Apparently I have two of them...since I have two 'suli's' or 'eyes at the back of the head. Suli is a Tamil term which I think refers to the three dark circles you can find on coconut shells. So a single suli means you're a good guy, a double means you're a naughty and mischievous and 3 would definitely mean your the son of the devil.

Hence, after he manages to critical analyze your head, the barber will proceed to chop of one of your organs. But wait, before that you will have to specify the unique hairstyle you want to get. So this brings another flash back to about 10 years ago. During the pop years, Vanilla Ice was famous for his Ice-ice baby song and I was a real ass in pr. So once, under heavy influence from friends who would rather see me looks stupid, I got a 'flat top' hair cut. It looked and felt cool for approximately 30 minutes after which I touched my head and found a circular bald spot on top. And my grandma started the sarcasm by calling it the 'cooking pot' hair cut...which sounds really funny in Tamil... 'satti talle'. So that ended my ultimate pop prince hair cut days.

After that, during the university years I roamed from city to city, barber shop to barber shop trying to locate the best barber who could justify my head. And I failed thus far. I could never managed to get barbers who understood my head, so I ended up with the regular hair cut most of the time. Now, going to barber shops has other cool factors in it. Barbers, as universally known, are failed presidents and politicians. They could muster up foreign policy like cutting a cake and can solve international problems with closed eyes. Of course you would not want them to cut your hair with closed eyes, but if you dare to even look at what they do in the mirror, you would see all the matrix movements of scissors and comb. During one session on Bush and Iraq, I had a scissor that flew and broke a freakin mirror. So, the politics are heavy and hard. But the best part of getting a hair cut is the back massage and also when the break the head lock. And then when they put the super cool after shave liquid which I can swear is pure alcohol.

Barber shops has this universal symbol, a barber's pole. You would be surprised to know that during the middle ages, Barbers used to perform surgeries, hence the origins of the barbers pole which you can see in all the barber shops around the world. This could be the only universally accepted symbol of any business establishment. (Could not think of anything else!). Read the full history here.

So, how did my hair cut go this time? Well...nothing new I suppose. I just look like the plain ol' Ghost. Maybe I would have to wait longer to find the perfect barber or spend a few thousand bucks to get a hair cut frm that Vidal Sassoon guy. And as much as I like dyed hair, I would never get it for me...just too scared what it would make me look like. Do any of you have hair dyed in any color? Please let me know...I think the electric blue is really cool.

[-] Never have time to finish a proper post nowadays, so much work, so many things to do. Apologize if the article doesn't have a proper flow. Have a nice day ahead. And...I love my black hair...not a curse at all...just wanted to make the tittle sensational...

No Apologies!

[updated] ok...u kno wat...I should not have apologized...damn! I retract my apologies! Thanx Keshi. Actually I had nothing to post today, left me brain at home, so this is a filler post. And I still havent watched Kamal's movie! I feel so outdated...ill get a bloody pirated DVD soon if I dont get tickets by Friday! Oh yeh, to utilize a cheap tactic to increase my ratings...I let you enjoy the marvels of evolution;

[Original Post] [Okay, the post below was overcooked, overdid, and over everything. It was too much for the weekend, and I should not have wrote it that way. I am very sorry for this, for imposing something harsh unto my loyal readers and friends. Have a nice day.]

[And for all the fans of Maksim Mrvica who ended up here searching for the Flight of the Bumblebee...I can only laugh...how could you be a fan of a num nut like him who doesnt make original music.]

The Flight of the Bumblebee

[ Mother-load amount of profanity! So if you dont like bad words, or hate people who hate other people, please go get some tea and come back and read this anyway]
- The post is not spellchecked to maintain its originality, so sorry guys!

Guess what? Its Friday! So we start todays post and everything we do today saying Thank Fudge Its Friday (...or Thank God Its Friday, for all those religious ppl...yeh...George W Fucking Bush).

Hence, starts another boring post on a boring day. This could be one of those freaky fridays where I actually hate the weekend. The only anticipation I have for tomorrow would be to watch Kamal's Vettaiyadu Vilayaadu which incidently is not in the booking pages yet, which brings another conclusion that it might not come after all! Funny funny world, all those crapy stupid hindi movies can be released but not a decent Tamil movie. I hate you guys whoever you are! Oh fuck, guess what, I just got newss that it wont be realeased tomorrow after all! Oh damn you Kamal. We are your fans!

Okay, maybe I need a hair cut, so I'll get a hair cut tomorow. And yes, my Hepatitis B shots. I think the doctor's trying to make a quick buck out of me, my Hep-B antibody is zero and I work with foreigners, so I need to get a shot. Right? I dont know! I feel freakin fine! Albeit sometimes I suffer from blinding headaches, and I'm overweight and have twice the amount of permisable bad cholestrol in me body. And the fucking medicine prices are up, like fuck I spend a good 100 USD to buy pills last month and to test me blood! What the heck man, the pharma's are big enough to give out free medicine and theyre fucking increasing the prices. Now I know why those doctors drive beemers and lexus, not coz theyre good, coz theyre fucking leeches!

And sometimes I feel like everyone else is wrong and I'm correct, which of course is correct. The world is full of yuppies. Yes, the same problem they had a few years after MTV was created or anything becomes mainstream. Take for example the fine music of the alternative generation. These fucking lots dont know anything, but hey its music and these stupid radio stations play them a gazilion times a day. But they dont make sense you see, coz like, they suck! Its either the nig's singing something like " i wanna fuck you and rape you and that makes me cool' or the sissies singing ' your beautiful, your fucking beautiful, I wish I had you when I had the chance'. Its that fucking bad man. ANd then we have mad geniuses who resorted to raping children. Sick bastards. And we see all these kids, youths, the future of the goddam world going nuts over them. Fuck them, and your fucking stupid if you listen to them too coz they dont make sense. They dont know anything else in life, theyre stupid so they cant find work but theyre good looking. Hence they write some stupid lyrics and songs and make us listen to it. Its the acoustic drugs I tell ya. Fuck them.

I hate this particular one blogger who I think is misusing 'its' position to self-rant and do many things 'syok-sendiri' (malay for liking yourself too much). Then I look back at me posts, and what can you say, I write the same self glorifying articles some of the time. So now you see, I'm preety stuck, I dont know what to do or what to write since everything is either old, used, fucked, or too new for people to care or is just not important to write of a freakin gold-fish you had in 6th grade that went belly up in a week. And how you burried it and cried coz it was special to you and you had no friends. Well, go fuck the gold fish you 'it'ch! You see, this blog thing is a conundrum. We write coz we want people to comment. And sometimes we write crap, and people comment, and we dont like it!? And then we go on this ranting trip to fuck the readers saying its 'my blog, and I can write anything I want and you just dont matter to me'. Well, fucking shove the blog up your arse coz you fucking stupid numnut cant survive if people dont talk to you. The day the trafic to your little bloggies go down a percent, you start jumping mad and kill the cat. Oh stupid bloggers, (I am right, you are wrong), if you write a freakin word or like just put 'Bitch I hate you' as a post, people are going to read it and feel something and leave a comment. So fucking either write it or fucking dont. End of story, dont give us hey its my blog crap anymore. hey wait, did I say I hate one blogger, damn, sorry, I hate many bloggers. And especialy those hiding under the 'desi-blogger' wall. Fuck you all. And fuck me for being stupid enough to think I can be a part of that fraternity of fuckers coz there aint life there.

So I bought this domain name from Yahoo! the other month. Yeh, it was cheap, I was dumb, the BBD warned me. So now those fucking people at Yahoo wont let me transfer the domain to my hosting site. And fuck I can even get decent support from them. Those little email-fuck asses at Yahoo! is not answering my question, or either that theyre from CHina and are fucking supporting me from their concentration camp offices. Fuck you Yahoo! Learn something, I am a customer, and if I fucking want it I will fuck spread the word and fucking sue you for this. Bloody Nazi bastards, pray that you get this problem solved or I'm going to really wack the fuck out of you guys. (can i?) These IT companies, fuck! they rule our lives, and they make sure they suck every last drop of blood from us. Its like microsoft, they actually let these pirate's distribute their software for 10-20 years and now they want to fuck us. Stupid buggers, last time they thought these chinks and blacks and asians and watever they refer to us can't afford the softie so they let us have it for free, well now they think we're rich enough to buy them, but fuck NO!. We fuck cant spend 500 bucks to get ur windows coz everything is fucking expensive here. Stupid egg-heads. Fuck you all.

And the politics in this country is getting unbearable. So and not wanting to give these fanatic, ultra nazi's over here more credit, I just pray to God, you guys die, get shot or anything. Fuck you all!

And when I enter office, I see dead people all around, fucking dead people that is. I spend 3 hours everyday commuting to work, a fucking 15 hours of work, when i should be out of office by 6pm!. Oh my god, its a freakin ugly world, not even dog eat dog world, its the freakin 'arts graduates' fucking the 'science graduates' all the way to Morria's cave. Its that fucking bad, especially when you find out these art's graduates make more money than science graduates. Hey we studied more than you, you num nuts, and we make the stuff you use. Yeh! So like today, me company had this 'motivation fuck camp' thing. They had everyone singing and shouting out slogans and stuff. SHort of the freakin company mascot being here, the fucking day was miserable. And I was not invited, yes, well that is a good thing. Who on earth would want to be stuck half a day listening to some fuck face CEO ranting about why his bonus is 5 % less that last year. Hey fucking bosses and managers and all, listen here. If you want to be fucking Bill Gates, you fucking make your employess HAPPY! There are 3 rules on how to shape a good company; (1) Happy, Smilling employees, (2) Employees who are Happy and (3) Happy Employees. Yes, nothing else. Oh go fly kite will ya all. I just hope all these bosses get on a big jumbo plane or something and go crash into the Bermuda Triangle.

Finally, after 4 years staying in that aparment of mine, that cozy little place, I might have to move out! To my fucking horror. Wher the fuck am I going to go? I had the best tenant ever, I missed my rents, I trashed the house (a bit) and still they stuck with me, but now everything is gone....soon... I really hate my housemate, he featured in many of my posts, but now I feel pity for him. I dont kow where he wants to move, if I decided to finally hate this fucking Kuala Lumpur and move back to me hometown. Life is like a fucking box of chocolates, you wish all the time you get that liquor chocolate, but you end up with some crap. So hence, I dont know, I'm preety much fucked up I guess.

I had a few friends (this is the last paragraph). I liked them, theyre cool, they fun, and theyre fucked-up assholes too. Take Bob, the old bob, he's a fucking liar. Well Bob, I have a new Bob, he's cool. So fuck, friends, if you wanna lie, fuck dont come to me, coz hell Im gonna wack you to kingdom come. And if you have girfiends, sluts, fuck-friends, wives from hell, bitches and so on, please clean up the mess on your own. Fuck you Bob, fuck you all.

LAst but not least, (this is the real last para), you see, there are a few ways to go forward. But the idea itself is FORWARD> There is only ONE Forward! One future, so why the fuck do we want to rape ourselves, fuck ourselves? We must be together, be ONE, not trash each other, and certainly not allow us to be fucked by others. Learning is a painful process, but people take for granted stuff that makes us humans. Like everything else we build, this life can crumble down in seconds. I have to find solutions for many things, hope you too find solutions for things. Just make sure, everyone is HAPPY!

Enough of hating people for this week, have a nice weekend you all, and dont worry I dont hate you, I'm just hungry, and sleepy and I dont know what to eat. Love you all. Bye bye.

Centuries of Mystery Particles, 300th post

The History

The old town came back to life. Streetlights flickered one by one, switched on by some stranger in a wooden building in the outskirts of the town. Then he sat down and continued listening to his transistor box churning our melodies of the fifties and sixties. Some say that was the real golden age of music, where the soul emanate with expression and truth. Music built lives and spirits. Staggering ages and amazing people where born yesterday. In another part of the town, children were playing hide and seek among the Japanese pill boxes. These concrete installation looked like doomsday relics. Overlooking the great plains, reminiscent of the golden Serengeti, but no wilderbeast were running rampages here. Above in the distant skies rain clouds; a girl traced her fingers, slowly grasping and molding the melting clouds. Her red dress swayed with the wind, near her on the bench her mother slowly pouring some milk into a plastic cup. New age wonders, plastic cups and future dreams. She would one day become a climate scientist, jetsetting around the world inspiring others to come up strong, just like her. He mother will live a happy life in a average sized room at the new lake township that was build on the remnants of more war relics.

The bustling town was before a jungle, then a village, visited seasonally by sailors, pirates tracing the legacies of the Chola empire ages before. Legacies for good or worst that shaped every corner of this land with the seven sins. And some good thrown around, like the seasoning in the bowl of noodle he had at the Chinese restaurant located on a deserted street in the old town. The new town is out of reach, out of the golden dreams. The new town was build on metallic dreams, littered with plastic and Styrofoam and evening TV series taking the family on emotional rollercoasters. The rain started to fall, slowly at first, one drop at a time, which he counted foolishly, and when it started to pour, the sound muffles his counts, and so he continued to eat. Sipping the hot soup slowly, and occasionally picking a piece of chili then carefully wrapping it in between the noodle and downing it without biting. But it still burns his tongue and throat and he coughs, alerting the noodle maker, a Chinese man who build his own life in this land a few thousand miles from his mothers grave.

The rain is back to drizzles now, after a good hour. The old man looked at the sky, one hand on his hear attack ravaged chest, anticipating a thunder, some suprises the world threw. It was calm, only the rain frogs made continuous calls for rain, coasting slowly in the drain, on a boat ride to a river somewhere. The man was amused looking at the frogs floating in the drain, wondering they found those floating leaves. He called for his grandchildren, and they came running bubbly, laughing, shouting. Those were his music. In the house, his daughter was decked in ancestral tradition in a red sari. Gold necklaces embraced her neck, more gold around he wrist and fingers and hips. A customary glass bangles around her arms, by her superstitious aunt. A wide eye looking at her from one corner of the room, he brother. His eyes misty, from tears of love. She will leave him soon. He walked to her, kissed her on her forehead, some of the pottu were smeared on his cheeks. His tears flowed down, forming some sort of alchemy with the red material. His heart broke into a million pieces, like a shattered mirror struck down from its place by fate. As his arms slipped away from hers, her own tear drops falling, cold like needle points on his arms, she knew she would loose him forever. He walked out of the room, to the gush of chatter of relatives, guests his father. Her husband will take her away, thousands of miles away, into a strange new land. She would slowly forget her family, diminishing phonecalls, like the crumbling love, as if the heart is made of clay. He will grow up to become a teacher. He would love his children, students and everyone. He will shower them with love from deep inside, his heart, he will inspire them all. The rain stopped soon, and milky fog crept around the town.

The Life

Born and raised in a small town, it is both painful and fun to watch the city evolve. From its ancient foundations, none of which that was present now, towards its uncertain future, because nothing of tomorrow is visible today. And in between this jagged reality, strewn around like time traps, we grew up. Nothing new, nothing old, just the growing life, growing souls slowly evolving like some isolated amazonian flower. Changing color, shapes and habits. Developing from harmless green leaves into poisonous traps for animals and humans. So life is not mysterious after all, we are supposed to grow old, because we need to see the world. We need to glorify the past and at the same time tie down the future rushing past. Like some Pantanal fisherman, angling in the wetlands, slippery fish, like slippery times rushing away from him. Everything is constantly moving, in any direction possible to get away from everyone and everything else.

And in certain scapes, time or the land, where the sun sets, the children cry, the men make love, we walked for days, and evenings on grounds made of stones and clay armed with little glass lamps, camping lamps, and we sat under the stars talking about everything from love to marriage. We created poetry, we left markings, and we learned history with our every mistakes. We picked up our lives when we were separated and thrown around the world. We were lost, and yet we found ourselves everytime we are lost. We found our true selves, we found others.

And love, love comes in many ways, many forms. Nothing compares for the love of family. Storms brew silently, just like in the family, then will come a day when we will be separated. It would be sad, painful, we would lie the crying for some uncertain days ahead.

And one day the city dies, this is reality. And on that day, we will only find each others hearts and minds.

The Mystery and Days

Everytime I leave my hometown, I feel my heart sink. I feel like some cold savage hand gripping it and pulling it out of my chest. I feel I'm leaving behind so many things, things, not things, but souls. I feel love, I see people who don't know how to show their love. I feel disappointment, I feel hunger that never satisfies. As the miles gets longer, as the sun sets, as the clouds disperses into the sky blue, slowly tears will flow down. Quickly, from a single reflex move etched in the genes, my fingers would wipe them of and I would close my eyes.

In between this love I see this tall huge barrier. I cant cross this barrier and when I look deeper this barrier is actually separating me from everyone. Its strange, however I want to be home, like the past years, where I spent days of sweet joy, pain, anger, tears, sadness and love at home, I cant do it now, even if I want to. This is a huge change, a change that I am not ready to face. But in reality this change has been appearing since I was small, since I was running around carelessly, not thinking of people, but rather the world. I don't want to be a prophet looking inside, sieving through sand looking for minute traces of God, and proclaiming I found love. Love is etched in the eyes, in the soul, in the smiles, in the touches. Love is in the stories, of yesterdays, of marriage, of death, of birth. When the red pottu appears on the forehead one day, there is no difference between God and humans. When the tiny tear droplet falls, warm on the palms of someone, that's love, and that's us humans. But why, among all this emotions I feel empty. I cant feel anything else, except fear. I feel scared for each moment because in life many would have to leave, to trace different routes, and most of the times they don't come back. And I am afraid in my life I would be the same. I cant seem to connect to the souls who gave birth to my soul, who shaped me and gave me a life. Those lives are living for reasons strange, for wantings extraordinary, they are living for the end.

Every step I take, from day one, from the day I was born, to this day, it was like some meticulous mathematical equation justifying my ways. I realized nothing was free, there were no freedom, everyone are looking into empty corners of the mind and the world. Because they themselves lost love, and they cant find they love from me, I cant even relate to them. And I realized that this is how it was to be. Reunion of the soul with the world. Not in its spiritual self, but in the days of life. The swaying of wind blown palms, life, traps of time, days of anger, you and me are lost in wanting, for the wanting of love and more that that a night to sleep a content soul. Something more powerful that all race and religion, is the yearning of the soul, which at most times is more powerful than love itself. And I feel it now, more than ever because the people I love are gone from me. I can only see them, their stories doesn't give me life anymore. But in between all of this, life is just like fiction, fictious honors, fictious promises of love that never comes. And someday I will sink fully into this life, and maybe forget everything that was. Those grand days when the love of a touch was enough to heal any wound.

[-] This is my 300th post. Something from the heart, pardon the twisting abstract visions, and thank you for being my friend. Hope for hundreds and thousands more to come. Hope we will be together forever.

Child Soldiers (2)

I wonder, what the world feels, in the eyes of the Child Soldier?
Will it be the same with the feelings of a blind timetraveler?
Or A newborn baby capturing her first light rays?
Or the flickering images on a dead man's petrified eyes?
I feel.

New Age Nazis and Child Soldiers (1)

The 21st Century, and the New Age Nazi's

The Sri Lanka government said that the lives of children are dispensable during war.
The Sri Lankan army jets bombed a school in Vallipunam, in the Mulaitheevu district killing 61 school girls and seriously injuring more than 150. The Sri Lankan army knows the exact coordinates of the school, and know that it is used for peaceful purposes. The bombing was done specifically and 'accurately' on the school. The Sri Lankan army are claiming the dead school girls are LTTE child soldiers.

Just days ago, the Zionis government were bombing Lebanon to ashes. And the Islamic terrorist organization, Hezbollah was doing the same thing to Israel. Another war with no ending in sight. But the powers that be, the US government stood supporting Israel and even supplied fuel and munition for the Zionis army. The result; the Hezbollah is still there, and 1000+ Lebanese civilians and children died. The rest of the world could just watch and bark from afar.

We are blazing fast into the 21st century that promises more challenges in every known field to the survival of the human race, and we are still being trashed by war and war atrocities. We haven't learn anything from history. The tyrannical Nazi movements of WW2 wiped out millions and millions more died to defeat them. The years after that saw more conflict around the world solely of ideological differences emanating from religious and racial fracas, differences that the human race can do without. The 20th century also saw the decline and dismantling of the colonial powers, and supposedly the age where humanity learned that war is wrong and bad. Humanity still holds to the morality of peace and human rights. But peace and human rights are dispensable because money and power is worth more that anything else to the 'part' of the humanity who controls the world.

Today we are seeing the birth, maturing and atrocities of the new age Nazis. From the governments of America, to the regimes of Israel to the terrorist cells who fight in the name of Islam, these headless soldiers are new age Nazis who wreck lives because of some unseen force, for the name of the invisible and for the worth of dirt.

In the early hours of the day, when I tuned into CNN, during the press conference by the Sri Lankan army, one of the nazis said that children are 'worth-less' during war. The feel no remorse. Probably Israel thought the same when they bombed Lebanese children, probably the suicide bombers thought the same when they bombed every single human congregation from Russia to India to London to Madrid to Iraq to America to South America. Yes indeed we are worthless, the babies, the children, the youths who don't subscribe to your scriptures and ideologies are worthless to your cause.

The new age Nazis are fighting a war with no cause, but they are fighting it with the ideologies of present humanity, our religious inclination, our racial needs and also our economic renaissance. There is no threat to America from any middle east country, bar the 'threat' to Israel that America could not bear to watch. Of course, what would America know, it bombed 'soldiers' in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, because the women and children are dispensable. They are target practice, they are used of weapons test in the fields under glaring media presence. They could have avoided the human population and dropped on unmanned islands which their advisors pleaded them to do, but President Truman decided to drop it on the people. If the German Soldiers under Hitler was causing the Holocaust, then we could also say that The American armies are Nazi too because they killed innocent people, we could say that the Zionis regime, the Al-Qaida (if such cell are truly independent), the Hezbollah, the Sudanese genociders, the mass murderers of Rwanda, Bosnia, Serbia, Cechnya, etc are Nazi's too because they disregarded the basic needs of the people, the human rights.

Child Soldiers

Child soldiers are part of modern day myth, a real myth that is. During the world wars, teenagers faked their birth dates to take part in the war, to fight the nazis in Normandy, and everywhere else for that matter. But Child Soldiers go back long before that. From ancient times to the American Civil war and in almost all guerilla conflicts, children died in wars and conflicts around the world. The concept goes deeper than that, because using children gives an emotional tug of war to both sides in a war. Killing innocent lives in guerilla warfare will force the enemies to retaliate more, giving open advantage to the other army to smoke them out of their hiding and destroy them. Such logic was used even during the bombing of Hiroshima, where the American Generals wanted to moraly and spiritually destroy Japan, or in another extreme maybe force Japan to become more fierce. In any way, there is no clear distinction between the need, the good or the bad of war. Everyone looses.

The Red Hand Day is a commemoration day held on 12th February to remember all the fallen child soldiers. Remembering is not stopping and certainly the United Nations or any nation haven't done more to 'explore' this culture of using children as human shields. Even the LTTE has had child soldier brigades because it became the morality of every single person of the society to fight for the ideology. Worst than a religious motivation is the motivation of defending the race and culture for pride. Because in reality a culture would not die unless every single person of the society is wiped out. And in the same reality, why fight a war to defend the culture if in the end everyone dies, and no one is there to safeguard it later. Wars are more than that, wars are for dirt and power. Humanity must learn to defend the children at any cost, to prevent mass murder anywhere in the world and to prevent history from repeating. Child soldiers are 'used' prominently in African countries fighting war fueled by the western world and the devil's hunger for oil, diamonds and gold. The Khmer Rouge army, The North Korean armies and The Vietnam war also saw the death of many child soldiers.

The Solution

There are solutions for war, and definitely this wont be the first time you are hearing this. People often don't realize of the political power that they have. We can force changes because we have the collective voice to do so. From the tyranny of rulers and oppressive military regimes to the corrupt low offices, we can take a stance to change them and 'destroy' them.

The biggest change we can do is to vote in the correct government, we must choose the right person. The biggest mistakes made in the modern world, yes the Biggest would be appointing in Bush as the president for the second term. The Nazi bastard has single handedly destroy world peace, destroyed families and countries in the name of Western Democracy. Democracy in any form doesn't work in a political world, there is no full liberty to people, because the world is still controlled by power rather than freedom. The American foreign policy cripples countries because it holds the administration of various middle east countries at ransom. Ever wondered why in the oil rich nations there are still poverty, war and famine? Everything can be traced back to USA and its 'dogs' Britain, etc.

The global arms trade must be stopped. Forever. America, as usual leads the pack in exporting arms, every single year. And the customers? The armies and regimes of Africa, Middle East, South America and most of Asia. And all these countries are part of the global conflict. So, the solution, if we stop every single arms trade company and arms dealers wouldn't there be peace? Let them fight with whatever means, and when they run out of munition let them fight with sticks and stone and then surely one day the people will tire and realize they're stupid enough to fight their own brothers and sisters. And if you find you or your family or friends working in war related companies, arms dealers, encourage them to stop immediately. Think of all the people they will save, let us beg rather than have blood in our hands for life. Don't contribute to any of these companies, don't work for them and use your legislative powers to stop new companies and manufacturers open business in your country. Protest by all means necessary to stop this blood trade.

In the end, there is no result, if the solution is not created and executed. We can read all we want, watch all we want, and still sleep in tears every night knowing that more people are dying, partly because we did not do anything. Write, protest and fight for the rights of the children to live, for a better future, for a safer future. Remember, higher than any religion and culture is human morality. The right for people to live and the right to let them live is human morality.

First Blood: Charity Shield

Indeed the best team won and it's Liverpool!
A thunderbolt or as we Scouse's say, an Anfield Express from Riise and a header from Crouch is enough to beat the Chelsea drama queens to win the 2006/ 07 Charity Shield. May this be the start of a beautiful season for all LFC fans!
I really pity the Chelski fans, don't you guys feel like a dump, spending 400 million pounds in 3 years and still cant be 'perfect' like your self appointed special one always says? Don't you feel like sluts, spending money on everything that moves and still cant justify it? Teams are build on years of history and hardwork, not money alone. Be ashamed, very, because this season will spell doom on you Chelski disgrace(s).

Hour 13: Going Home!

HAVE A NICE WEEKEND GUYS! I'M GOING HOME AFTER 13 FREAKIN' HOURS AT WORK. SO BELOW YOU HAVE 12 POSTS OF DIFFERENT TOPICS, PLEASE READ THEM AND LEAVE YOUR COMMENTS!

Hour 12: Rain Main

It rained today. I always loved rain. Rain brings out the inner feelings, the true emotions. More than anything, rain inspires art. I write the best poems during rain, and sometimes the imagination roams to many a fantasy during rain. There several times of the day when rain brings different characteristics out of us. Rain in the evenings inspires love, rain in the morning inspires the day ahead and rain at night are the best. The atmosphere of the midnight air, coupled with the cold weather will stir the soul to the deepest of the senses and open up worlds never known. Outside the office there is a garden where we can relax and heal the strains of the day. Today the place looked extra mesmerizing, with the tiny droplets painting the grass greener. It was a nice feeling, hard to express, something words can picture. The sky was a hue of grey and blue and the cool breeze was almost poetic. It's a nice day today.

Hour 11: 2050 A Journey

August 12 is the first anniversary of the 2050 Blog. This blog is intended to stay alive until the year 2050 and beyond. Thats the only goal of this blog. Blogging from a range of topics, we have more than 50 members fulfilling this goal. Why 2050? The year 2050 represents a pivotal point in human history. When the era of 2050 dawns, most of the changes, challenges and problems faced today will be answered. We will be at the crossroads of the modern day evolution in terms of politics, economy and humanity. The population of ~9 billion projected for the year 2050 will be able to demonstrate the type of world that will exist then. In the 2050, humanity must be able to fully sustain the output of food crops and also face huge energy needs that would also be addressed. In the years it takes for humanity to reach 2050, many political influences will die off, many ideologies will sway people in directions unknown, but 2050 will all present a far greater challenge in ecological terms. The myriad of weather patterns and earths ecological changes will either peak or begin around this time. By the year 2050, the mass changes in earths system will render any single government obsolete as we will all be in the same boat, expecting help and salvation. That's the worst case scenario, but way before that changes will happen that will change civilization and spearhead towards a truly borderless world. A grand ideology, but it will happen. And we will make it happen for the sake of humanity and earth! BTW; join 2050, leave a comment if you want an invite!

Hour 10: Nambelam Tamila?

I am Tamil. I don't know how long will this unique identity last. I am a Malaysian, but I prefer to put my cultural identity first. Is a person's character defined by his or her cultural upbringing or the influences they pick up along the way? I would die for my language, but the sad thing is I can't sustain a debate in this case because I never went to a Tamil school or learned formal Tamil. But Tamil is more than a language, Tamil is the spirit that defines me. I feel dignified being called a Tamilan rather than by any nationality. But why cant I make other's understand this? Where is this culture heading? In the near future we will have headless children with not cultural standpoint because they, in the pretext of learning the world at large, forgot the basics, the core cultural value and are swayed by popular culture. Popular culture should not even be a reference point, popular culture must only be something we can value with money. It's all very confusing, something that's hard to predict, but please don't let our false heading be responsible for the collapse of a world culture, the single most beautiful culture that defines us; Tamil

Hour 9: Tsar Bomba

While surfing the other day I found this amazing story of the largest Atomic weapon ever build. It was named the Tsar Bomba, referring to the gigantic sized 'things' that Russians loved to build. Projected as a cold war scare propaganda, the Tsar Bomba was bigger by a few magnitudes of anything the American's ever build and had a production capacity of 100 megatons. If ever they dropped the monster will full capacity, the nuclear fallout would have been so huge that it would have counted for more than 25% of all fission residue until then. Even at 50 megatons, the mushroom cloud was 60 kilometers high. Watch the actual explosion videos here;[TsarBomba-1],[TsarBomba-2]. It's a good thing the cold war is over, the is no 'race' to build large nuke's that we know of, but the threat of a nuclear war is present in the sense that the enemies are terrorists now who could 'purchase' mini-nukes in the weapons market. It's a sick world we live in.

Hour 8: Tomorrow

I have wrote about the future times, the survival of the human race and the general evolution of the world in the times to come. Sometimes we choose to ignore tomorrow, maybe because some of us refuse to worry of things that's not here yet, or maybe because we don't have the solution for the problems yet to come. But the reality is, the problems have already begun, the countdown is well away, for some problems, the end is near. The earth itself is undergoing immense change, the climate is evolving, and we don't have the clearest hint on how to predict its changes. We can observe, but try finding a pattern, and we're lost. What is in store for us tomorrow? We will be seeing much more big scaled natural disasters to the likes that we have never seen before, and there will be huge casualities. Even if we manage to predict the general timeline, there is still the problem of convincing the people of the severity of the problem. Like I said before, we choose to ignore it because there is no clear evidence. But look around you and you can see the earth changing and your daily activities changing with it. There is so much micro changes that are not recorded, and yet at times these small pertubations will erupt into large scale events. More on this some time in the future, back to work now!

Hour 7: Dial 'M' for Muthu

Does your office have someone who is a Superman and yet no one appreaciates him. (Apart from you...). My company relies heavily on Indian software experts to operate. There would not be a company today if it were not for this 'soldiers' from Tamil Nadu who work day and night on the products. Its sad that most of the 'seat warmer' slugs over here doesnt know the significance of these guys and take them for granted. The most important dude from Chennai would be Muthu, the leader of the team. And Muthu fainted yesterday, out of fatigue. Lucky for him he managed to come out of unconciousness and lucky still we were still in office to do something. They work and evarage of 15 to 18 hours a day and more during deadline 'months'. Muthu is a physics major and I relate to him easily because of that, felt like having a comrade after so long. To show how freakin good this guys are; they can create a whole courseware lesson in less than a day, something that would take the so called 'local programmers' more than a week! It's a pity that they'll leave in a couple of month's after the project ends. I would surely miss them and the days we roamed the city. The other chaps who had a stint here would be Rajan, Nathan, Balaji (recently married), Sri Hari, Nor Mohammad, Hussein, Hashim, Mohan Raj, Sikandar, Chadrasekhar, and a few others who came here before I joined. You guys are the best! Hope to see you all in Chennai one day...

Hour 6: Lunch!

Lunch is supposed to be the best time of the day. Well, almost if you discount the time you go home. Contrary to KL being the city of every kind of food, my office is located in a food desert. There is zero choice of varieties, and every single day I dread thinking of lunch. The only affordable restaurant around here are the Mamak Restaurants, the current Malaysian National Icons. The food tastes so bad that people love the place. Yes, you have to be here to believe it. Almost everyone hates the place but they still throng there like there's no tomorrow because it's the craziest thing since bread and Keira Knightley, and its cheap. Hence starts the dilemma, because the operators know the weakness of the local people i.e. we love to eat, but we cant afford expensive food, they don't give a rat's ass about quality. The food tastes almost the same, yes, mutton, chicken, fish, biryani, everything is loaded with curry powder and chilies, msg and salt and the secret ingredient; popy seed paste to make the food addictive and numb your senses. So the very few times we have reviews at some hotels and of course the weekends are cherished by getting some good decent food at Indian restaurants. Some of the better ones in the Briekfields area are Visalatchi's and Vidya's. Well, time for lunch then, will be back in an hour!

Hour 5: Getting to Work

I hate work, so getting to work should not be any better. Actually I don't know which came first, but both definitely sucks. Getting to work is dangerous, the traffic jam, the crazy drivers and also the occasional fate crossing way with you and accident happens. I always had this fear of failing brakes when going mildly fast on the freeway. It just flashes across my face sometimes when I overtake a lorry or something. Just in the event of such things happening, and I don't want it to happen, most probably no one will stop to help me, evident from a recent incident. And I am just so much scared to die and go to heaven, unless of course heaven is filled with maidens cloned from Adriana Lima. Another thing about getting to work is the whether. Be it driving or riding or commuting on trains, etc, the climate will ultimately determine how late you get to work. The worst days would be when it rains, and you turn up wet in office. That sucks. Rain will cause accidents too, and much worst traffic jams. I tried using the metro a few times, and it is worst than anything. Lucas from Luton (LFL) once told me that The Tube will be packed like sardine cans during rush hour. Well it actually smells like sardines here if you manage to get on a train in the first place. I always wonder how commuters in New York, Tokyo and London feel everyday, how they encourage themselves to get up in the morning and face the day...I think the getting to work part actually discourages the spirit inside me to work properly. The rest are just reasons. And now, back to work. C u all in an hour and btw, did you know the London Underground, The Tube that is was opened in 1863 and check this out; The Animals on the Underground! You Must Be Impressed!

Hour 4: Conspiracy Theories

Everyone likes a good conspiracy theory, but what if everything is made of conspiracies? Undeniably we cant escape from conspiracy and I'm not talking about the day your friend dated that hot girl on some mountain resort (you wont believe my teenage days...). So lets look at some conspiracy theory post and pre 9-11. During the cold war, and all the other wars that happened around that era, both USA and the Soviet Union via their super spy agencies CIA and KGB actively trained terrorist (pre modern day terrorist, they're the real deal). The likes of Carlos the Jackal and friends were the produce of KGB training camps with the sole aim to disrupt the world and bring chaos and death to mankind. And ofcourse, apart from the Illuminati, these secret training camps were also equipped with modern day legendary weapons such as the AK-47 and family from the vast weapon factories of Soviet. US itself were stupid enough to equip much of the world not liased with Soviet with weapons of its own and also nuclear bombs. So they broke the golden rule and the allies are now enemies and we have buggers like Hizbollah and Al-qaeda screwing the world because of the stupidity of US. And remember the Vietnam War where US lost, well the war itself was waged by weapons dealers, manufactures etc. And the CIA killed JFK because he wanted to end the war. The war could no be ended because f***king helicopter manufactures was minting gold out of weapons deal to supply arms to the armies fighting the commies in nam. And the 9-11 and everything else are gimmicks by the US to entice the rest of the world to hate its enemies and bring democracy to the democracy deprived countries where people don't eat big macks. So you see, nothing in this world is at it is, everything is controlled by evil arms dealers and economists and according to hard core conspiracy theorist, the Jews. Well, the other part of the world who doesn't give a feck of all this dont watch TV, are probably on a research trip somewhere in the Amazon looking for exotic frogs. And you just wasted a few minutes of your precious time by reading this crazy posts. No offence to anyone. Till the next hour...have fun with the links!

Hour 3: Breakfast at Tiffany's

Well not exactly at Tiffany's but breakfast happens at around 10 am every working day. When I first joined the company I don't even go for lunch, then the reality sinks in that people will try to run away from the office as much as possible, and I joined them. It's an art in itself to slip away from the office when you're not supposed to do so, and you need someone to do the surveillance and all. And make sure it doesn't happen on a meeting day, then you're in deep trouble. Breakfast being always not what you like to eat will almost always sucks. I prefer thosai or idli but then the freakin place has no Indian restaurants and all we get are oily bland tasting Malaysian super breakfast fix's such as Nasi Lemak, Roti Canai (baroda in India), fried vermicelli (as in the pic), etc. The worst you can do is eating so much for bfast and falling asleep for the rest of the day, but in most cases the workload waiting will scare the soul out of you anyway. By the way, Breakfast at Tiffany's is a novella by Truman Capote and was also made into a movie starring they ever enchanting Audrey Hepburn. Just came back from bfast...back to work...see you in an hour!

Hour 2: Synaptic Wastelands

I forgot to give explanations on my post of Synaptic Wastelands. All five choices might happen in the near future. The signs are already present for each of it. You should be experiencing to some degree its precursors such as localized warfare, natural disasters which are already escalating, economic inflation and goods dumping, increased cost of living, terror plots, etc. The idea is to find an event that could give a chance for us to rebuild. So it's pretty much clear that Nuclear holocaust will destroy civilization for good, natural disasters will give us a fighting chance of rebuilding unless ofcourse its a Supervolcano which means we will still be dead as a duck, great depression will eventually cause rioting and destruction as well but can be averted if we managed to kill all politicians and economists, civil wars and modern wars are already happening and could have been averted if Israel never existed, and the last but not least are mass extinction. Mass extinction is very much probable because it has happened so many times before, and might just happen very soon in the form of asteroids hitting earth, supervolcano's, solar storms, supernova, etc. So plan your survival strategies from now, and remember this can happen anytime!

Future.Humans.

to that someone
...when there is the power of reasoning, then the people will understand the needs of such things as culture. When the power of reasoning transcends into a higher level, then the needs of the yesterday, should not be used to build a tomorrow anymore, because obviously tomorrow is build with the reasons of today. That is to say that what we discover today is sufficient to build a platform to excel, tomorrow. And in essence, if you want to see what we manufactured yesterday through our sheer creativity to last to the future, then the reason for it to last must be higher than the will to be alive. Any of its contemporaries will just fade away in the winds. Thus the sands of time, are moving forward or in whichever direction that brings development to the character or will of the person to enable the person live in future times. Any nostalgic views will melt away just like the temporary conical hills that the sands of time forms every second of its descend. The frames of time, which is to say clearly, every seconds that passes us just ushers in new expectations because the universe itself are expanding, and evolving.
The very idea of evolution means that the past will be altered to accommodate the future, the present is merely a testing platform. Hence, when we live in the present each second of the day, the experiment just gets better, or in raw terms moves forward one step at a time, changing its variables carefully as to influence change in a system as big as the universe.

By merely saying that everything is illusion, and reality is what we perceive or manufacture, we are clearly discrediting the role of the time, the universe and evolution itself. Evolution preceded culture, there is no culture of evolution, there is the evolution of culture.

Today, if you want to safeguard the culture, then let it evolve, let it fill every niche it flows into, and build its platform of existence. The changes will be subtle, once every second or it might take centuries, but let it evolve to usher us into the future. Because when we created the culture, we created our images in the caricatures of the culture and we ceased to exist after that. We manufacture an imaginary world with us in it and we forgot how we were before. This is a false belief. Culture itself is just the elements of universal evolution. The greater challenge is surviving.

[-] Another philosophical rage, what I term as future evolution. Welcome to the Synaptic Wastelands.

Universe. Human.

At the end of the day, its just me, the world and the universe.
I cant see further than that, nor can I see 'deeper' than that. There is you, and there are friends and there are day and night. Then there is the world with all its forests, jungles, seas and oceans, mountains and polar caps. And then further still there is the moon, the blue moon. And the planets, from mercury to far away pluto, and in the middle the sun. And near me still, there are parents, brothers, cousins, blood-brothers (friends), colleagues, and enemies. And around us there is love, hate, tears and separation. And in my mind is the great arts and culture of humanity. In me is science.
So is there a place for religion? Is there a place for anything else?
In the end, under the night sky, with far away lights flickering, far away in the sky nameless stars drifting, what else can we conjure, is there anything else? Could we possibly be together and still be alone, could we imagine something else that can surpass all we have, something for the better? Do we have the powers to shape something beyond our grasp and still be able to die for it? Something we dont see matters more than the universe?
Name me a Universe, where we are all Humans.

[-] Been extremely busy with everything, sorry if I don't drop by as regularly, promise to scavenge the synaptic wastelands (blogs) this weekend.
